During my many years of practice I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience in the field of hair treatment and care. I have also encountered many half-truths, misleading information and outdated ways of diagnosing the problem and treatment. I would like to use these training sessions to help raise awareness and understanding of this topic.
Workshops for doctors
The course“Hair Diseases – Diagnosis and Treatment” is designed for doctors who want to better diagnose and treat hair diseases.
“The doctor looked at me from the table and said I had alopecia”
Don’t be one of these doctors. If you want to be able to recognize more diagnoses than “alopecia”, this course is for you.
This course will teach you how to properly diagnose and treat common and less common hair and scalp disorders.
Workshop for trichologists and hairdressers
The workshop is designed for teams and groups of 4-6 participants, due to capacity reasons I will no longer be doing training for individuals.
One day training for hairdressers who want to do trichology. Or for trichologists who want to broaden and deepen their knowledge.
In this course, we will primarily focus on the following four topics – hair anatomy, scalp diseases, hair diseases, types of alopecia. The workshop is not tied to the use of any particular brand of cosmetics. During this workshop, I will share my extensive experience and latest findings in the field of Trichology. If you want a thorough overview of hair disorders and want to gain insight from a doctor’s perspective to better help your clients, this workshop is for you.
Results Before/After
Alopecia Areata, female, 68 years old
Patient with a prominent bald spot on the left side of the head. Over the next 6 weeks, the patient lost the rest of her hair.
Patient’s condition after 6 months of treatment consisting of a combination of oral and topical prescription drugs. There is currently no need to continue treatment.
About Dr. Brabcova
I am a board-certified dermatologist and specialist in hair loss and scalp diseases. I have been working on hair problems since 2017.
I regularly lecture at congresses, give media interviews and publish articles in professional journals. I am co-author of a textbook for future dermatologists.
In my career, I have trained dozens of professionals (from physicians to hair transplant specialists, trichologists and hairdressers), lectured on dermatology to medical students, performed dozens of hair transplants and helped hundreds of patients resolve balding and hair loss issues.
