Dr. Nadezhda Brabcova


I am a board certified dermatologist and specialist in hair loss and scalp diseases. I have been working on hair loss related issues since 2017.

In my career, I’ve helped solve problems with balding and hair loss hundreds of patients. I’ve done dozens of hair transplants and I can help you too.

I regularly give interviews to the media, lecture at congresses and publish articles in professional journals. I co-authored a textbook for future dermatologists.

  • I graduated from the Medical University of Sofia in 2015. During my studies, I did internships in clinics in Germany every summer.
  • In 2016, I joined the Medical Institute of the Ministry of Interior in Sofia as a dermatologist.
  • In 2017, after getting married, I moved to Prague to join my husband, where I started working at the Dermatovenerology Clinic 2. LF UK and Hospital Na Bulovce.
  • In 2019, I worked as a dermatologist at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine (IKEM) in Prague.
  • That same year I started hair transplants. By the end of 2022, I have successfully operated on dozens of patients using the FUE method.
  • In November 2022, I completed my formal education with board exams in Dermatovenerology.
  • Since the spring of 2023, I started helping my patients online.
  • From August 2023 I started to work in my office at Poliklinika Budějovická in Prague 4.
  • In 2024, I founded the Hair Treatment Center.

MUDr. Kristína Císarová

  • In 2022 I graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Comenius University in Bratislava.
  • I joined the haematology department of the regional hospital in Moravia, where I was involved in the treatment of rare and common blood diseases.
  • This gives me expert knowledge of how to interpret blood test results and know if your hair problems are related to a deficiency of certain important substances.
  • Since the end of 2023, I have been working as a general practitioner in Prague, where I specialize in longevity, prevention and a holistic approach to medicine.
  • I also hold a diploma of lifelong learning from the Czech Medical Chamber.
  • I’ve been interested in hair loss treatment for a long time and after a four-month internship at the Centrum vlasové léčby, I started working there as a doctor.

About the Centrum vlasové léčby

  • The aim of the Centrum vlasové léčby is to provide specialised and individualised care to patients suffering from hair and scalp diseases.
  • The Centrum vlasové léčby was established in 2024 by Dr. Brabcova as a successor entity to her hair treatment practice, as the wait time for new patients exceeded six months.

Androgenetic alopecia, female, 27 years old

The patient had observed hair loss and thinning since her 20s. She had tried over-the-counter shampoos, serums and dietary supplements, but unfortunately to no effect.

This is the state of the patient’s hair after 15 months in Dr. Brabcova’s care.

Androgenic alopecia, male, 33 years old

After 7 months of treatment and 3 visits to our hair clinic, the bald spots are starting to grow back. At the next follow-up after 12 months of treatment, the progress will be even more pronounced.

Alopecia Areata, female, 68 years old

Patient with a prominent bald spot on the left side of the head. Over the next 6 weeks, the patient lost the rest of her hair.

Patient’s condition after 6 months of treatment consisting of a combination of oral and topical prescription drugs. There is currently no need to continue treatment.
